Energy Conservation

• Set your thermostat as high as possible without compromising your comfort in the summer.

• Replace filters once a month or as needed.

• Be cautious when using kitchen and bath ventilating fans. In approximately one hour, these fans can extract a houseful of conditioned air.

• Use ENERGY STAR® appliances and equipment. ENERGY STAR® is a program of the U.S. Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency designed to help consumers identify energy-efficient appliances and products.

• Check your ducts for air leaks and repair them with U.L. approved products.

• Keep coils clean (evaporator & condenser)
