Local Air Conditioning Company Receives Award
Sterling Mechanical received the Better Business Bureau
Awards for Excellence Winner of Distinction 2009.
The BBB hosted their 17th Awards for Excellence luncheon on Wednesday,
May, 6, 2009 at the Intercontinental Hotel. Sterling Mechanical has been
a BBB Accredited business since December of 1986. A BBB Accredited company
means they support the BBB’s services to the public and meets the
BBB accreditation standards. Sterling Mechanical has had zero unresolved
disputes and holds a satisfactory BBB Rating.
Sterling Mechanical is honored to receive this award. They have received various awards from the BBB since 1986, but this is the first time they have been awarded Winner of Distinction. The company was started in 1981 by the Rincon family and has always been family owned and operated. The Rincon’s started this company with customer service being their number one priority.
“We work really hard to keep a good, honest reputation,” says Brandon Rincon, manager.
Rincon has been with the company since his parents started it in 1981. He knows the negative stigmas that come with being an air conditioning company and he works hard everyday to ensure that Sterling Mechanical does not fall into those categories.
Sterling Mechanical has always prided themselves on honesty, integrity and commitment. Those three words are not only a part of their logo, but also their work ethic.
